Change of Opening Hours.
We have reduced down to a small team per shift with only one nurse on for some of the days for the next TWO weeks. The Clinic hours will change as a result of that.
In fact, the hours may change again from week to week during Covid, so always either check by phone or on our Facebook or Website Blog pages for our current times.
Regardless, please ring before calling in or dropping past not: only because we need to minimize how long people are having to wait and be away from their home, but because we may not be at the clinic when you drop past.
- Mon-Weds 9am-4pm the phone will be answered directly. The phones have been very busy so if constantly engaged when you keep ringing, you can use the options advised for Thurs-Sat.
- 9am-4pm Thursdays, Friday & Saturday 9am-11am, the phone may be answered directly If however you are diverted to our answering machine: you can then use our Oak Flats Vet Clinic App “Contact- Us” form to send us with your name, phone, animal’s name and a brief explanation of the purpose of your call. You can also upload photos of the area of concern you have with your pet via the app’s Pet Cam button. That will be the fastest way to contact us on those 3 days during those hours.

We aim to return your call promptly but if busy dealing with other patients, there may be a delay of a couple of hours before we contact you back. If the case is urgent or critical: For after-hours or emergencies, Albion Pk Vet Hospital provides after-hours access for several of the vet clinics in our area.
The App and the website messages come through direct to us: Please use those when the phone option is not possible.
